Musiona Silpa Hantura wears her Herero dress daily: "A lady should always cover certain parts of her body. It is part of Herero culture. This is why the dress has long sleeves and goes all the way down, covering the knees and the ankles. The head piece symbolizes the horns of the cattle. The cattle is very important to the Herero people."
